REFUND POLICY
The security of your data is of utmost concern and Sunflorist will never share your information with other companies without first seeking your consent. All of our switches are conducted on our secure partner websites which operate within all of the current Data Protection and Security.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, at anytime, without reason in accordance with the District Selling Directive (2000). We are more than happy to provide you with a refund, to do so you must confirm this in writing either in an email to hello@sunfloristandevents.co.uk or via postal service to Sunflorist, 233 Bromley Rd, Catford, SE6 2PG.
Please note that this policy excludes all our flower products as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note: Every bouquet is hand made and delivered by Sunflorist or one of our affiliates ( e florist or florist2florist) Pictures shown are recent examples of an actual arrangement that were designed by talented florists and later sent out to a customer just like you! Please note that as florist we cannot guarantee what the flower varieties or colours will be, due to and seasonal availability( except specific arrangements like the number of (sunflowers etc) we do guarantee that your specific arrangement will be fresh, beautiful and that your recipient will love it!
